The present invention relates to an eccentric hula hoop, comprising: a hula hoop body (10); one weight for weight (20) fixed in one part of the body; and a fixing means (30) for fixing the weight for weigh to the body, wherein the eccentric hula hoop suddenly changes the centrifugal force depending on a rotational position of the weight for weight when doing the hula hoop. The eccentric hula hoo of the present invention is more difficult to do a hula hoop and has a larger exercise effect than a conventional hula hoop. Therefore, some people having athletic ability can be a single model which can replace the conventional hula hoop. |
