PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device capable of adjusting a distance from an inspection object to illumination means by providing the illumination means which can be moved independently from imaging means.SOLUTION: An illumination device 3 includes a plurality of LEDs which are substantially circularly arranged, a light diffusion member which diffuses light outputted by each of the plurality of LEDs, and a lighting control part which lights a plurality of light sources, according to a predetermined lighting pattern, when a lighting start is instructed. Especially, the illumination device 3 adjusts the distance with respect to a workpiece 2 by independently moving a camera 4. |
