PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheet takeout device that can stably take out paper sheets relatively thick and large without causing multiple feed.SOLUTION: A paper sheet take out device includes: a first rotator that takes out a paper sheet supplied to a take out position by supporting and rotating the paper sheet in its surface direction; a first supporting mechanism that, when reaction force acts on the first rotator in a reverse direction of its rotation direction, moves the first rotator in a direction where the first rotator is pressed on the paper sheet at the takeout position; a second rotator that rotates in contact with the paper sheet at a downstream side in a take out direction of the first rotator; and a second supporting mechanism that, when reaction force acts on the second rotator in a reverse direction of its rotation direction, moves the second rotator in a direction separating from the paper sheet. |
