PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that easily support the weight of a tray and a cartridge arranged at positions protruding from an apparatus body without an increase in rigidity of the tray, which leads to an increase in size of an apparatus body.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus includes: an apparatus body that includes an opening; a tray on which a cartridge for forming images is mounted, the tray capable of taking an image forming position where the cartridge is used for image formation inside the apparatus body and an attachment/detachment position where the tray is exposed to the outside of the apparatus body through the opening so as to attach or detach the cartridge; a door that opens/closes the opening; and a storage member that accommodates recording media used for the image formation. When the tray is at the attachment/detachment position, the door supports the tray, and the storage member supports the door. |
