PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform efficiently and surely preferable dressing, when performing dressing by radiating laser beam to a grind stone.SOLUTION: A grind stone 10 comprises an extinction material 13 for absorbing laser beam. For example, the grind stone 10 comprises: abrasive grains 11; and a binder 12 for coupling the abrasive grains 11, and the binder 12 includes pigment for absorbing the laser beam. In addition, for example, the grind stone comprises main abrasive grains, auxiliary abrasive grains smaller than the main abrasive grains, and a binder for coupling the main abrasive grains and auxiliary abrasive grains, and the auxiliary abrasive grains are colored for absorbing the laser beam. |
