PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cushion padding which establishes compatibility between shape restorability in an unloaded state and shape retention in a loaded state, which can be wholly washed and dried by a dryer and which can be sanitarily handled, and a cushion.SOLUTION: Cushion padding 1 includes a columnar resin foam 2 and a hollow cylindrical small piece 3. The columnar resin foam is longer than the cylindrical small piece. The maximum length of a vertical plane with respect to the axial direction of the columnar resin foam is larger in dimension than an inside diameter of the cylindrical small piece. |
