PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen peroxide gas sterilizer 1 capable of estimating a hydrogen peroxide concentration in a sterilization tank 2 without disposing a hydrogen peroxide sensor in the sterilization tank 2.SOLUTION: A hydrogen peroxide gas sterilizer 1 sterilizes sterilization objects by supplying hydrogen peroxide gas into a sterilization tank 2 accommodating the sterilization objects therein. The hydrogen peroxide gas sterilizer 1 includes: a water seal vacuum pump 6 that suckingly discharges gas in the sterilization tank 2 to the outside; and a hydrogen peroxide sensor 19 to detect a hydrogen peroxide concentration contained in drainage from the water seal vacuum pump 6. The hydrogen peroxide sensor 19 may be replaced with a chlorine sensor 27 for detecting a residual chlorine concentration. |
