<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electropneumatic regulator capable of performing accurate pressure control.SOLUTION: The electropneumatic regulator includes a supply pressure sensor 14 for detecting the supply pressure of the fluid supplied from a supply port 16. The pulse width of a pulse signal P2 is corrected on the basis of the detection pressure of the supply pressure sensor 14, the opening/closing of an air-supply side solenoid valve 11 at the pulse width corresponding to the supply pressure is controlled.</p> |
