PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image inspection device that can inspect damage and printing of a moving workpiece by using a photometric stereo method.SOLUTION: An image inspection device includes: imaging means 11 for photographing a first reference image photographed by lighting three or more illumination means at the same time, and a second reference image at an imaging timing temporally subsequent to that of the first reference image; tracking target image specification means for specifying a tracking target image that is included in the first reference image and an image to be a target to track the position of a workpiece WK; correspondence and position estimation means for searching for the position of the tracking target image specified by the tracking target image specification means from the second reference image, specifying the position of the tracking target image included in the second reference image, and estimating the correspondence of pixels corresponding between partial illumination images on the basis of the specified position; and inspection image creation means for creating an inspection image for photometric stereo on the basis of the correspondence between pixels of the partial illumination images estimated by the correspondence and position estimation means.
