PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food preserving machine equipped with a film conveying mechanism, a cutting mechanism, an adjustment assembly and a driving mechanism.SOLUTION: A film conveying mechanism 6 has a support cradle 70 for a roll body of a bag material 2 and a feed roller assembly 66 for feeding the bag material 2. A cutting mechanism 8 is arranged in the vicinity of the film conveying mechanism and comprises a first seal bumper 102 and a reciprocating member having a cutting part 108. The reciprocating member is arranged so as to cross the bag material fed from the film conveying mechanism to cut laterally the bag material. An adjustment assembly 10 is arranged turnably below the film conveying mechanism and has a heater member 136 for sealing a part of the bag material. A driving mechanism 12 is connected operatably to the adjustment assembly, turned upward so as to contact the first seal bumper 102 of the cutting mechanism and turned downward so as to contact a second seal bumper 268. |
