PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to simply grasp another communication apparatus's state of outputting data transmitted to the other communication apparatus.SOLUTION: A terminal 10 outputs data received from another terminal 10. The terminal 10 comprises: an output state determination unit 21 for determining a state of outputting data received from the other terminal 10; a notification unit 22 for notifying an external relay server 30 of the output state; and a state display processing unit 23 that acquires, in the course of establishing a session for receiving the data with the other communication apparatus, the other terminal's state of outputting data transmitted to the other terminal 10, from the relay server 30 through a management server 40, and makes output state information showing the acquired output state be displayed on a display.
