PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device achieving higher reliability with a relatively simple structure, and to provide a light source unit and a lighting device using the light source unit.SOLUTION: A power supply device 10 includes: a mounting substrate 2; a case 3 having a recessed portion 3aa; a sheet material 4 disposed between the mounting substrate 2 and the case 3; and a filling resin 5 placed between the mounting substrate 2 and the sheet material 4. An electric power conversion circuit formed in the mounting substrate 2 includes an electronic component 1 in which a lead 1a2 protrudes from one end of a long body part 1a1. The mounting substrate 2 has a recessed portion 2c at a position corresponding to the body part 1a1. A part 5b of the filling resin 5 contacts with the body part 1a1 and an inner side surface 3a in the recessed portion 3aa through the recessed portion 2c to fix the body part 1a1.
