PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for producing a woven name label in which one of weave texture pieces of a two-ply weaving is embroidered with a loom to prevent a brand forgery.SOLUTION: A name is woven in only one of first weave texture pieces, while the first weave texture of a two-ply weaving is woven, with a second weave texture which is formed by moving at least one weft which does not form the first weave texture and which is different from the first weave texture. In a conventional method of imitation countermeasure, a judgement by a specialist has been necessary. However, according to the present invention, a name is woven in only one of weave texture pieces which are obtained by two-ply weaving by using a technique of embroidery weaving, and a customer can easily distinguish a real thing from an imitation. |
