<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comppressed frozen noodle lots, having excellent texture after thawing and cooking, a method for manufacturing the same, and a method for manufacturing packaged frozen food more efficiently with less loss. <P>SOLUTION: The noodle lot is a heated and cooked noodle lot which is comppressed and frozen, having weight of 100 g-300 g. The heated and cooked noodle lot is filled in a flat container having frames or an opening part, and is evened and pressurized to make a volume compression ratio of 35% or less, and a noodle lot surface per weight of 1.85 cm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>/g or more. In the method for manufacturing, food is packaged in a package formed of a bottom member having circumferential edge parts, an opening part, and a content housing part, obtained by heat-molding a bottom film, and a top member as a top film, which are heat-bonded to each other. The food is filled in the housing part of the bottom member, the filled food is frozen, and the circumferential edge parts of the bottom member and the top member are heat-bonded to each other for providing a packaged frozen food. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
