PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system, a communication device, and a communication method that are able to improve confidentiality of information between communication devices.SOLUTION: A first communication device 10 encrypts first information using a first encryption key, encrypts the generated primary encryption data and second information using a second encryption key, and transmits the generated secondary encryption data to a relay device 20. The relay device 20 receives the transmitted secondary encryption data, decrypts the received secondary encryption data using the second encryption key, and transmits transfer data on the basis of the obtained primary encryption data to a second communication device 30. The second communication device 30 receives the transfer data transmitted by the relay device 20, and decrypts the received transfer data using the first encryption key. |
