PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retardation film that prevents the brightness of a display device from decreasing.SOLUTION: A retardation film 20 includes a resin layer (a)21 with a refractive index of 1.50 or less and a total light transmittance of 80% or more, and a resin layer (b)25 with a refractive index of 1.55 or more, an intrinsic birefringence of 0.07 or more, and a total light transmittance of 80% or more, the resin layer (a)21 and the resin layer (b)25 are stacked on one another. At least one resin layer (a) is positioned outside the resin layer (b). |
