PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems, for example, when an odor component of an analysis object including high fat content, is analyzed, it is difficult to separate the odor component and the fat, and to acquire an analysis sample with high accuracy.SOLUTION: An analysis object of an odor component is extracted with a strong polar solvent including water, then is cooled for removing an insoluble matter, and the analysis object is extracted with a nonpolar solvent or/and weak polar solvent whose boiling point is -20 to 50°C for preparing a solvent extraction. To the solvent extraction, a base solution is added for removing a water soluble matter, then the mixture is subjected to dehydration and concentration for preparing a solvent concentrate. Then the solvent concentrate is purified for preparing a purified substance, thereby the analysis sample of the odor component capable of specifying the odor component accurately, can be provided. |
