PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid load return facility and a fluid load return method capable of improving land transportation efficiency at a low cost.SOLUTION: A fluid load return facility includes a storage tank part for storing fluid, a storage part connected to the storage tank part and capable of storing the fluid, and a scale that can measure the weight of the fluid stored in the storage part and/or the storage part in which the fluid is stored, in which piping that can be connected to a vehicle for transporting the fluid on land is connected to the storage part, an outlet of the fluid discharged from the vehicle using pressurized gas is connected to one end of the piping, and the measurement result of the scale can be visually recognized from the outside. In a fluid load return method, the fluid is loaded on the vehicle from the facility, and the weight of the vehicle on which the fluid is loaded is measured. Then it is determined whether or not the vehicle is overloaded. The vehicle that is determined as not being overloaded is transferred to land transportation. As for the vehicle that is determined as being overloaded, after the outlet of the fluid provided in the vehicle is connected to the one end of the piping, part of the fluid is returned to the storage part from the vehicle using the pressurized gas. |
