PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of calculating a proper in-process inventory quantity between steps in a production step for a product manufactured by a plurality of steps.SOLUTION: An in-process inventory quantity calculation device: stores result information including an implementation order in a process in a pre-step and an implementation order in a post-step for each of a plurality of products, calculates order change difference which is a value subtracting an implementation order number in the pre-step from the implementation order number in the post-step for each of the plurality of products, derives a reference order change difference based on the calculated order change difference, calculates a value subtracting the reference order change difference from an average value of the order change difference as the order change stock quantity between the steps of the pre-step and the post-step, calculates a value subtracting the reference order change difference from an average value of the order change difference as an order change stock quantity between steps of the pre-step and the post-step, calculates a safe inventory quantity between the steps, calculates a pipe line inventory quantity between steps, and calculates a proper inventory quantity between steps based on the order change inventory quantity, the safe inventory quantity and the pipeline inventory quantity. |
