PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical device capable of efficiently introducing a living body introducing material into a living body by preventing the living body introducing material from attaching to a long member like a catheter when introducing a living body introducing material, such as medicine into the living body, and a medical system.SOLUTION: A medical device 10 includes a long member 20 provided with a lumen 21 extended from a tip side to a base end side, and a cut part 30 provided in the long member 20. The cut part leaks a living body introducing material included in a packing material by making a cut in the packing material to be introduced into the lumen of the long member. |
