<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device which can keep constant distance between a light emitting element and a light guiding body without depending on a direction of the light emitting device, can prevent leakage of light from the light emitting element to the outside, and can improve quality without requiring increase in the number of components.SOLUTION: A light emitting device 10 includes: a substrate 14 mounted with a light emitting element 12; a casing 22 inside which the substrate 14 is arranged; and a cover part 24 positioning and holding the substrate 14 by being attached to the casing 22 while abutting on a mounting face 16 of the substrate 14. The cover part 24 includes a cylindrical part 80 in which a light guide body 25 to which light emitted from the light emitting element 12 is guided, can be mounted, and first stopper parts 86a and 86b preventing movement of the light guide body 25 at a side where the substrate 14 is located, and second stopper parts 92a and 92b preventing movement of the light guide body 25 at a side opposite to the side where the substrate 14 is located, are formed on the inner face of the cylindrical part.</p> |
