<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerosol container in which pseudo leakage in a hot water test is eliminated and which is easily manufactured and is superior in sealability with a small load on paint or the like of a lid material, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same and a bead portion forming tool. <P>SOLUTION: A bead portion 10 for clinching and mounting a mounting cup 20, includes: a closing portion 13 having an end part in contact with a bead start portion 11 in a clinched state of the mounting cup; and an undulating portion 14 partially forming a degassing gap t in the closing portion. The sectional shape at a circumferential center part of the undulating portion 14 is a curved surface along a clothoid curve, and is recessed toward the inner side of the bead portion 10, and is smoothly connected in a circumferential direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
