<p>A diffraction ring forming device comprises an x-ray emitter (10) for emitting x-rays toward an object to be measured (OB), a table (16) in which a through-hole through which the x-rays can pass is formed in the center, and an imaging plate (15) that is for recording a diffraction ring, which is an image of diffracted light, that is mounted on the table (16) and through the center of which x-rays pass, and that has a light receiving face for receiving x-ray diffracted light diffracted by the object to be measured (OB). While no x-rays are being emitted from the x-ray emitter (10), an LED light source (44) emits parallel visible light on the object to be measured (OB) by emitting LED light through a pair of small diameter through-holes that have the same path as the x-rays emitted from the x-ray emitter (10).</p> |
