Disclosed is a control method of a power converter. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the control method of a power converter includes the following steps: sampling an output voltage of the power converter which converts DC power of a D fuel cell stack into AC power with a preset period; comparing the size of the sampled output voltage sample and a preset first threshold value; and determining an operation mode of the power converter in accordance with whether or not there is an output voltage sample greater than the first threshold value and the number of the output voltage sample greater than the first threshold value as a result of the comparison.
