The present invention relates to a leveler for constructing a foundation of a building. More specifically, to a leveler for constructing a foundation of a building capable of connecting and fixing steel reinforcements to an expansion groove formed in a fitting unit with a connecting wire by forming the fitting unit to be inserted and fixated to a cross unit of the arranged steel reinforcements in case of constructing a foundation of an underground parking lot or an apartment and the like and of which a height is adjustable by rotation. Accordingly, the leveler is capable of being installed by using the arranged steel reinforcements even in case of constructing a mass concrete foundation of which a thickness is extremely thick such as a foundation of an underground parking lot or an apartment and the like so the present invention is capable of obtaining a desirable foundation thickness using the level and conveniently constructing a flat floor surface. In addition, the present invention is capable of minimizing the size of the leveler by using the arranged steel reinforcements, preventing the leveler from moving or falling even when pouring concrete, and enabling concrete to be fully filled inside the leveler. The present invention is capable of effectively providing the reference for constructing the flat floor surface as the heights of all levelers can be the same by rotating a height adjusting port on the front ends of the levelers connected to the steel reinforcements. |
