摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a membrane electrode laminate which allows for enhancement of reliability, yield and productivity by preventing warpage when co-sintering an electrolyte green sheet and an electrode green sheet containing a fuel electrode or air electrode material, thereby preventing cell damage in the stacking.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a solid oxide fuel cell includes a step for preparing two sets 2a, 2b of at least one electrolyte green sheet layer containing an electrolyte material, and preparing a green sheet laminate 3 where at least one electrode green sheet containing the material of any one of a fuel electrode 1 or air electrode 4 is arranged therebetween, a step for forming an electrolyte/electrode laminate consisting of a pair of electrolytes and one electrode 11 by sintering the laminate, a step for forming a member 5 for electrode by removing one of the pair of electrolytes, and a step for forming the other electrode 4 on the electrolyte 21a of the member 5 for electrode.
