<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyer miniaturized with a simplified structure. <P>SOLUTION: The conveyer 10 includes: two or more buckets 19 and 20 that can accommodate an article XA1; linear motion robots 13 and 14 that reciprocate those buckets 19 and 20 horizontally; air cylinder units 15 and 16 that reciprocate the buckets 19 and 20 vertically; and a control section that causes the linear motion robots 13 and 14 and the air cylinder units 15 and 16 cooperate with each other to circulate each of the buckets 19 and 20 on a sequential cyclic movement locus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
