<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide insulation coated conductive particles which maintains sufficient conduction characteristics even in the low voltage mounting when used for an anisotropic conductive adhesive film, while suppressing agglutination sufficiently in an organic solvent. <P>SOLUTION: The insulation coated conductive particles 5 contain conductive particles 3 having a conductive metallic surface, and insulating particulates 1 covering the conductive particles 3.
