PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element to which an optical effect can be added.SOLUTION: The optical element comprises a transmission diffraction part 20 including: a plurality of reflection parts 12 aligned with equal intervals provided therebetween along one direction, light reflected from each of the plurality of reflection parts 12 included in visible light and forming a reflection image; and a plurality of transmission parts 13 sandwiched by the two reflection parts 12 adjacent to one another in one direction and transmitting visible light therethrough. At least part of the plurality of reflection parts 12 has a different reflection angle of the reflected light from the angle of light incident into the reflection part 12 to thereby form a reflection image. The transmission diffraction part 20 forms a diffraction image of each of a plurality of colours different from each other by diffraction light obtained by diffracting light transmitting through the transmission part 13 to a predetermined direction. |
