Disclosed is an apparatus for preventing gear disengagement of a manual transmission, which can prevent gear disengagement able to be accompanied with occurrence of thrust force accompanied by vibration occurrence or shape feature of gear teeth according to a state of a road surface during real driving situation by adding a function capable of maintaining a solid gear teeth engagement state with a clutch gear at the time of gear shift completion to a sleeve (14), and also can improve shift feel by disengaging the state of smooth gear teeth combination during gear disengagement. The apparatus for preventing gear disengagement of the manual transmission is applied to a synchronous gear engaging device of the manual transmission for synchronizing the clutch gear (20) and a synchronizer ring (22) by axial direction movement of the sleeve (14), and comprises: an elastic hanging piece (15) which is installed to be linked with the sleeve (14); a stopper (21) which protrudes from the outside in a radial direction from teeth (20a) of the clutch gear (20) and restricts movement of the sleeve (14) toward the clutch gear (20) during gear shift; and a hooking slope (21a) which is formed on the stopper (21), and is combined to the elastic hanging piece (15) when the gear shift is completed, and suppresses separation of the sleeve (14) from the clutch gear (20). |
