Disclosed is an electromagnetic wave heating apparatus which can prevent the generation of spark by electrons discharged from an edge part of a diffused reflection member when a microwave is irradiated to the inside of a chamber where the diffused reflection member is installed. An electromagnetic wave heating apparatus according to an embodiment includes a main body which has a chamber therein; an electromagnetic wave generation part which irradiates an electromagnetic wave to the inside of the chamber; a first diffused reflection member which is formed on the inner surface of the chamber and has plurality of first protrusions for the diffused reflection of the electromagnetic wave; and a discharge prevention member which touches the reflection surface to be filled between the first protrusions. |
