PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide systems and devices for providing treatment to a target site.SOLUTION: A system 100-a includes a guide assembly 110-a, an expandable support device 120-a coupled with a distal end of the guide assembly, and an operative member 160 disposed on the expandable support device. The expandable support device is configured to transition between a collapsed and expanded configuration. The expandable support device is supported by one or more flexible supports 155 aligned in parallel with an axis about which the expandable support device collapses and/or multiple splines arranged in a pattern configured to promote transitioning of the expandable support device between the expanded and collapsed configurations. The guide assembly is configured to provide torque to the expandable support device. The operative member includes multiple electrodes arranged in parallel to the axis about which the expandable support device collapses. |
