providing a first aqueous composition in a first fermentation reactor, wherein the aqueous composition comprises:
yeast;a slurry comprising water and a processed plant material comprising an amount of at least one monosaccharide; removing a volume of the first aqueous composition from the first fermentation reactor; and providing the removed volume of the first aqueous composition to a second fermentation reactor. |
