The present invention relates to an exercise apparatus for correcting the spinal column. The present invention provides the exercise apparatus for correcting the spinal column, which comprises: a pair of posts (100, 200) having lower parts supported on the ground to be erected; a correction member (300) horizontally positioned between the posts (100, 200) to couple both ends to the posts to be able to rotate with respect to the posts (100, 200) and supporting the back or the abdomen of an exerciser; correction bars (400, 500) protruding to a front direction from one sides of the posts (100, 200) to support the armpits or the elbows of the exerciser; and support bars (600) protruding at lower sides of the posts (100, 200) to support the hands or the foots of the exerciser. The present invention may be conveniently used by a healthy exerciser or a patient having deformed spine or spinal disorders like the old and the weak, and recover the spine line to an original state when being repetitively used. |
