Disclosed is a rope-type vertical screen door comprising: a pair of holder parts; a wire rope; a pair of tension adjusting assemblies to mutually connect a pair of holder parts and the wire rope; and a driving assembly to vertically move a pair of holder parts. The tension adjusting assembly respectively comprises: a first supporting member to support the wire rope; a second supporting member connected to a corresponding holder part; and a tension adjusting part to connect the first supporting member and the second supporting member. One end part of the tension adjusting part is screw coupled to the first supporting member, the other end part of the tension adjusting part is screw coupled to the second supporting member and a thread formed in one end part has a different rotary direction from a thread formed in the other end part.
