The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing plum wine by aging an original liquor of a plum in a short period of time, and to a plum wine manufactured by the method. According to the present invention, plume wine having the same level functional properties as existing plum wine manufactured by being aged for 8 months can be manufactured only within about 2 months. Accordingly, the method of the present invention can be used in rapidly manufacturing plum wine.
