PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a template that meets the theme of the design desired by a user.SOLUTION: A template storage part 12 is stored with a plurality of templates to prepare a design. Each template includes a plurality of character strings as a predetermined sample. A theme score calculation part 14 is a score relating to the theme of the template, and performs calculations on each character string of each template. A template retrieval part 18 receives information showing the theme for retrieval, and takes out the template including the character strings, which correspond to the theme for the retrieval and in which the score satisfies output conditions, from the template storage part 12.
