PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game control device, a game control method, a program and a game system, in which an amusement is more enhanced when an object is given to a user by a lottery.SOLUTION: A game control device comprises: mapping means for mapping a first object to a user; setting means for setting the first object made to correspond to the user, as a lottery group; and lottery execution means for executing a lottery to give a second object to the user, on condition that the quantities of compensations based on a plurality of first objects are extracted from the quantity of a use value on a game owned by the user. |
