PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for determining, as a connection destination of a radio communication device, a mobile communication terminal that needs to receive necessary data at appropriate timing.SOLUTION: A communication system comprises: a mobile communication terminal mounted on each mobile body; and a radio communication device for transmitting, by using radio communication, data to one mobile communication terminal (connection destination terminal) satisfying a prescribed condition. The radio communication device, when an information signal (beacon) is received (S210) and a connection history including a connection ID agreeing with determination target information that is connection identification information included in the received information signal is not stored in a storage unit (S230: NO), determines a mobile communication terminal corresponding to the determination target information to be a connection destination terminal (S260); and, when transmitting data to the determined connection destination terminal and finishing the data transmission, stores a connection history including connection identification information corresponding to the connection destination terminal, in the storage unit. |
