<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connector capable of improving contact reliability of a female-side contact terminal.SOLUTION: The electric connector is configured to insert a cylindrically formed insertion part of a male-side connector into a fitting hole of a female-side connector, and bring a male-side contact terminal formed in the insertion part into contact with a linear female-side contact terminal 23 formed in the fitting hole. The male-side contact terminal 23 is inserted through a guide groove 222a of a terminal accommodation hole 222 into a housing, and formed with a contact part 231a which is exposed to be brought into contact with the male-side contact terminal, and an embedding part 231b in which a distal end portion of a side part along the guide groove 222a is embedded in the guide groove 222a and locked. The embedding part 231b is folded to be opened outside to form a curved portion 231c, and locked to the guide groove 222a.</p> |
