<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact communication medium which does not deform an antenna pattern and does not generate delamination of substrates. <P>SOLUTION: A non-contact communication medium has layers of a first thermoplastic resin layer 11, a second thermoplastic resin layer 12 having compatibility or adhesive property with the first thermoplastic resin layer 11, and antenna layers 13 constituting an antenna between the first thermoplastic resin layer 11 and the second thermoplastic resin layer 12. Curable adhesive layers 15 are provided between the first thermoplastic resin layer 11 and the antenna layers 13 or between the second thermoplastic resin layer 12 and the antenna layers 13.
