The first frequency band is synchronized with a third frequency band. The communication control unit controls the radio communication function so as to establish synchronization in the third frequency band by a synchronization signal transmitted in the third frequency band, and to establish synchronization in the first frequency band by utilizing a synchronization result in the third frequency band, before the radio communication function becomes unable to establish synchronization in the second frequency band by the synchronization signal.
