The present invention relates to a fixing panel for fixing a waterproofing and insulating sheet used for waterproofing and insulating a building roof or a floor and a method for constructing the waterproofing and insulating sheet by using the fixing panel. More specifically, disclosed is a technology about a fixing panel for waterproofing and insulating sheet capable of preventing the waterproofing and insulating sheet from being torn or floating due to the extension of the waterproofing and insulating sheet by being installed on both ends of the waterproofing and insulating sheet after attaching the waterproofing and insulating sheet on a building roof or a floor and about a method for constructing the waterproofing and insulating sheet using the same. In addition, the fixing panel for the waterproofing and insulating sheet and the method for constructing the waterproofing and insulating sheet according to the present invention provides the effect of improving a waterproofing effect by firmly fixing and supporting both ends of the waterproofing and insulating sheet after attaching the waterproofing and insulating sheet to a building roof, a floor, or a wall, preventing the waterproofing and insulating sheet from being torn or floating by preventing the extension of the waterproofing and insulating sheet due to a temperature change, easily replacing the waterproofing and insulating sheet by separating the fixing panel with the waterproofing and insulating sheet, and reducing maintenance expenses for a waterproofing layer formed by using the waterproofing and insulating sheet by easily replacing the waterproofing and insulating sheet. |
