METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CIVIL ENGINEERING MATERIAL FOR LAND APPLICATIONS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a civil engineering material for land applications which is effectively utilized, from a fluorine-containing steel making slag formed in a steel making process without much cost and time.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing a civil engineering material for land applications by blending a fluorine-containing steel making slag having a predetermined component composition and a component composition ratio of a CaO component and an AlOcomponent (CaO/AlO) of over 1.9 in a range of (fluorine elution amount reference value in environmental standard÷3.5×100) mass% or less based on the total mass after blending with other raw materials when manufacturing the civil engineering material for land applications by blending other raw materials having fluorine elution amount not more than the environmental standard with the fluorine-containing steel making slag.
