PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hull construction capable of increasing propulsive power of a craft without changing a hull shape.SOLUTION: A bulbous bow 2 of a hull 1 is provided with a seawater intake port 3, and a stern is provided with a seawater discharge port 5. The seawater intake port 3 and the seawater discharge port 5 are connected together by a passage 6 that is provided in the hull 1. The seawater taken in from the seawater intake port 3 is discharged toward a propeller 4 from the seawater discharge port 5 via the passage 6 in the hull 1. Thus, propulsive power of a craft is increased in combination with a wave-making resistance reducing effect. |
