PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a device, and a program for extracting a destination desired by a user.SOLUTION: Attribute information of a destination is stored in a destination DB 105. An action plan control unit 102 reads the attribute information of the destination from storage means of the destination DB 105. For an attribute of a hint destination representing a clue of a desired destination, by using various attitude information included in the attribute information and importance of the various attribute information, a destination having similarity above a certain level is extracted as a destination located in a region designated by a user.
