PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comprehensively manage plural reverse osmosis membrane separation devices by remotely controlling those plural devices when changing the setup of recovery rate or changing the setup of the addition amount of a scale dispersant or a pH adjuster in response to quality fluctuation of raw water.SOLUTION: A remote control part 51 equips and remotely controls plural reverse osmosis membrane separation devices 2a to 2c separating a permeable water as a treated water W2 from a raw water W1 introduced from the same water source 4. The remote control part changes by remote control, the setup of any one of a recovery rate, the addition amount of a scale dispersant added to the raw water W1 and the addition amount of a pH adjuster added to the raw water W1 with respect to each of plural reverse osmosis membrane separation devices 2a to 2c, based on the specification information regarding the membranes of reverse osmosis membrane modules 22a to 22c, the silica concentration of the raw water W1 stored in an analysis data storing part 52, and the recent information of the analysis data on at least one of Langelier index and Ryznar index. |
