PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an edible oil cleaning filtration device capable of removing dregs and heat polymer contained in an edible oil and completely removing emulsified moisture contained in the edible oil.SOLUTION: The edible oil cleaning filtration device includes: a lid part 2; a storage part 3 storing an edible oil; a separation plate separating floated dregs such as tempura flakes in dregs contained in the edible oil; an oil drain 5 purging the edible oil; a water drain 7 purging moisture and precipitated dregs such as bread crumbs contained in the edible oil; a floated dreg filtration filter 11 filtering the floated dregs; an overflow return part 12; an observation hole 9; plural cooling vent pipes 13; and a high frequency element 14 and a high frequency controller.
