<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus and a control method of an image forming apparatus for restoring a state before saving while efficiently performing backup of data. <P>SOLUTION: A control method of an image forming apparatus includes the steps of: checking whether or not print data and image data stored in a storage unit of an image forming apparatus are in a corresponding relationship; and saving print data if there are the print data and the image data that are in a corresponding relationship, and saving print data or image data for the print data or the image data that are not in a corresponding relationship in a storage unit for saving as a target of backup so as to perform backup. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
