1. A method for enhancing the efficiency of transduction of a recombinant adenovirus into a target cell, comprising:
preparing the recombinant adenovirus comprising a promoter-nucleotide sequence of interest and a promoter-relaxin-encoding nucleotide sequence-polyadenlyation sequence; and infecting the target cell with the prepared recombinant adenovirus, wherein a relaxin protein expressed in the infected target cell enhances the efficiency of transduction of the prepared recombinant adenovirus which is not yet transduced into the target cell, and no use of a proteasome inhibitor is involved in a process of the method. |
